Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card to get her college degree. Her return came in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 saw her took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and was crowned 6th place for the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more proud of her performance. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
